In 1996, a dream came true for Peggy Pickens, as she was accepted into the Nashville Business Incubation Center. That was where Dining In began and grew into a viable business in the Nashville community. Upon graduation from the five year program at the Center, Dining In moved to it's own building and present location in the Berry Hill area of Nashville.
Peggy's son, Chris, has been her business partner for eight years. Peggy will tell you without hesitation what a blessing it has been to have her son on board. Family and friends have
helped work the business into a reality throughout the years. Today, cousins and friends still work to truly make this small business a "family operation".
In a recent Nashville published article about successful graduates of the Center, Peggy and Chris were described as running the company with "grace and grit". Those words accurately
describe how, through determination and hard work, the two have built the business based on friendship, loyalty, honesty and trust.
